LEESBURG – This past weekend, Jennifer Wexton’s non-stop campaign took her to every city and county in Virginia’s Tenth District, where she connected with thousands more Northern Virginia voters. The rising enthusiasm for the coming midterm election was also reflected in the growing number of volunteers for the Wexton campaign. Wexton will hold a rally on Wednesday evening with Senator Tim Kaine, in addition to making an appearance at the ADAMS Center candidate forum on Friday [details available upon request].
Here is a brief recap of Jennifer’s jam-packed weekend:
Launching another huge Saturday morning canvass with former Virginia First Ladies Dorothy McAuliffe and Anne Holton
Marching in the Haymarket Day Parade with… basically everyone
Meeting with Frederick County residents of Orchard Ridge, and with voters at a meet-and-greet hosted by Councilman John Hill in Winchester
A meet-and-greet with voters in Berryville
In Centreville on Saturday for Centreville Day and on Sunday to attend the Korean Central Presbyterian Church
A canvass launch in Manassas Park with Delegate Danica Roem, and a walking tour of small businesses in Manassas City with Gov. Ralph Northam
We have another busy weekend ahead, and will distribute a public schedule announcing details in the next few days!
